Thank you for shopping with AZ Custom Laser! We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because many of our products are personalized, please review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Custom Engraved Items (Final Sale)

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: All custom-engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE. Because these items are uniquely created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once production has begun.
  • Order Accuracy: Please carefully review all text, spellings, dates, logos, and design details before submitting your custom order. We engrave exactly what is provided in your order specifications.

2. Non-Customized Items (30-Day Return Window)

For items that are not custom engraved (standard, off-the-shelf inventory):

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or store credit.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We inspect all products before shipment, but if your item arrives damaged during transit, defective, or with an engraving error made on our end:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery at info@azcustomlaser.com
  • Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the item and the shipping packaging.
  • If verified, we will happily replace the item at no additional charge or issue a full refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a qualifying non-custom item, please email us at info@azcustomlaser.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
