2. Custom Orders, Proofs, & Production

• Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all text, spelling, dates, designs, layout options, and file uploads submitted for custom engraving.
• Design Approval: If a digital proof is provided for your approval prior to engraving, production will not begin until you approve the proof. Delays in proof approval will extend your order’s estimated turnaround time.
• Natural Material Variations: Many of our products are made from natural materials (e.g., wood, leather, stone). You acknowledge that variations in color, grain pattern, knots, and texture are inherent to natural materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Customer Submissions: By submitting logos, artwork, images, or text to AZ Custom Laser for engraving, you guarantee that you own the rights to the content or have explicit permission/licensing from the copyright or trademark holder to use it.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZ Custom Laser from any claims, suits, or liabilities resulting from copyright, trademark, or royalty infringement associated with materials you provide to us.
• Refusal Right: We reserve the right to refuse any custom request that contains illegal, hateful, defamatory, or explicit content, or content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required at the time of purchase before work on custom or retail items begins.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, update product descriptions, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

• Delivery: Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. AZ Custom Laser is not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
• Local Pickup: If you select local pickup at our Mesa, AZ location, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.

6. Mobile / SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
